Probably added that in the 4.0 beta. It's the exact same feature as Chrome OS has.

Here's a great feature of Chrome I just found out today: Take a tab, drag it to the left edge of the window, and hold it there. After a second, it'll collapse down into just its favicon. The close button will disappear too. In this way, you can "pin" pages that you want to leave open all the time, like Gmail. It's finicky though - if you drag beyond the edge, it'll think you want to move the whole tab into a new window. Just slowly inch your mouse back to the right until you hit the exact edge. I'm using 4.0.249.25. Not sure when they added this feature. Wouldn't it just be easier to right click and select "pin" ? -------------------- Happiness is like peeing your pants. Anyone tried the new Mac and Linux betas yet?
They don't seem any different to the alpha versions from a few weeks ago and there are still major features missing, like a bookmark manager. -------------------- Elvis isn't dead, he's driving around in the desert with Jesus in a gold plated Cadillac.

Also after you pin something, dragging a tab to the left of the pinned item will then in turn pin the tab you just dragged

So, lets just copy chrome! Well, Chrome has a very good design (I would say, the best for browsers), so it is not that hard to understand. Though, I don't see the Opera pic that similar; I mean, there's just so much you can do to add transparent borders. Not to drag this off topic much more, but did you notice my ( |

Opera 10.5 looks nice. I'll have to check out the OS X version, Opera has always felt like a dodgy Windows port to me. I'd like to know just how "native" the new version is.
